Monday through Friday 8 hour shifts (7:30-3PM )
As a GiaMed employee, your duties and responsibilities will be the same as any other registered nurse on the same unit. Duties can include but are not limited to the following: team lead, precept, orientate, rapid response, and other tasks as needed.
Experience: -The RN shall have graduated from an accredited WOCN education program is mandatory. -The WOCN RN shall have at least one year experience in the assigned specialty in the past three years. -RNS must be a graduate of an Associate Diploma or Baccalaureate degree from an accredited school of nursing and provide a copy of the transcripts. The RN shall have graduated from an accredited WOCN education program is mandatory. Certifications: -All HCPs must possess and maintain current course completion documentation for basic life support (BLS) through an American Heart Association and/or Red Cross approved training program.
-The WOCN RN shall possess and maintain certification from the Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse Credentialing Board. Exceptions may be made for new Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse Education Program (WOCNEP) graduates, and they shall obtain certification.
