SCHEDULE: SLOW ROTATING

BIRTHING CENTER CONSISTS OF:

12 antepartum rooms
12 postpartum rooms
11 labor rooms
Fully equipped triage area
Staffed with Maternal Fetal Specialists
Staffed with Certified Lactation Consultants
Staffed with BC Midwives & Obstetricians

Caring for patients in the Labor & Delivery Unit with the ability to cover Antepartum, Postpartum, Couplet Care, and Circulating during C-Sections. Candidates must have well-rounded experience in all areas of Birthing Center for consideration.

As a GiaMed employee, your duties and responsibilities will be the same as any other registered nurse on the same unit. Duties can include but are not limited to the following: team lead, precept, orientate, rapid response, and other tasks as needed.

-Must be a U.S. citizen

-ACLS, BLS & Certification Current

-NRP Certification Current

-Intermediate National Fetal Heart Monitoring Certification (within the last 2 years)

-The RN must hold 2 years of full-time experience in an L & D unit within the last 5 years.
